Hi,
I implemented vlan in my network during christmas
holidays and have my servers and printers on one
vlan and all the clients on another using HP
procurve switches. After that only the servers
recieve updates from the NAV-server. The idea
was to reduce network traffic and keep IPX away
from the client vlan where it now only is IP.
Isn't it possible to push out updates by IP?
One way would to put an extra NIC in the NAV-server
on the client VLAN but I was hoping that it would
be possible anyway. Tried to find clients on the server
by searching for them in the console without result.
(They only answer by ping)
Any ideas?
