Unable to uninstall OPEN FILE OPTION 1

I am running BE8.6 with remote agents / open file options on a few client machines. As I attempt to uninstall just the open file option on a client from within Add/Remove Programs, I get this pop-up:
"Internal error, unable to load or call external DLL. Please contact your vendor for more information."
The only method of uninstalling the open file option per Veritas' site is from Add/Remove Programs.

Does anyone know of an alternate solution?

There is a way to do it manually, need to change boot registry keys etc - I don't have the info handy, probably your best bet is to either contact support or email them, they should be able to step you through it.

You should be able to do it through the command prompt.
