Nee some tips on what to check as I'm having problem when transfer or make conference calls from an extension which is being monitored by NICE Cmapi logger. If i stops all CLS services, user is able to do transfer or make conference calls.
The Cmapi logger is ver 9.05 integrate with Avaya Pbx with AES ver 4. My only problem is those extensions that is being monitored by the logger. The users can't transfer or make conference calls.
Realy, I'm with Nice universe 8.9 and aes 3.1 and that work well. I've set the Tsapi driver of nice to service observe and when tsapi driver monitor a station, It do *57 for conference call
That work for us, I can send you screenshot if needed
1. Do you have two CMAPI loggers to record same extn? using CMAPI SO or CMAPISCC or Total SO ?
2. It may exceed the maxi 6 parties of avaya during you make exfer or conference; if single CMAPI logger, no supervisor use silent monitor the extn, it should not exceed it, pls check.
4. Avaya 4.x allow two phone/VE to service observe same extn
