we are having issues with calls coming over an ICT from our callmanager 4.1. clusster to a cme 4.0 network. The problem is when we place a call to the receptionist over the ICT (from callmanager to call manager express) when she transfers the call to a colleague in that office, if that phone is set CFNA to voicemail (unity express v 4), then there is no voicemail announcement. the call just goes into silence.
If i call the extension directly over the ICT that is set for voicemail divert then there is no problem.
