Unable to transfer a call from Softphone

Whilst in a call using PM Softphone the transfer icon is greyed over. System is on 4.1.12 and PM is 4.1.17
There aren't any issues reported on the caveats website so was wondering if this is just a problem local to me or not ??

i had this as a bug on 4.1.9.

only happened with external calls. internal calls were ok.

may have not been fixed yet?
