We have a site with embedded ons ports on a cxll controller when trying to tranfer a call to another ons port the call gets cut off you get broken dial tone when pressing the recall button and then dial the extn number when the extn answers and you put the extn down the call gets cut off, they are using Tbr , is it a timing issue I have changed the timers but to no avail.any help please
