Unable to sync calendar

We are receiving this message when clicking on the Intellisync on the desktop - "The Specified Intellisync Configuration is invalid.

The wireless is not syncing the calendar.

On the Blackberry v3.6 server the setting for "Wireless Calendering" is disabled. I am unable to enable this feature.

Any ideas?
 
Hi Jr40USA, connect the device > open intellisync >Config PIM > highlight Calender >choose > select Blackberry wireless Sync > OK > Ok then Synch NOW. This will enable the wireless calender and realtime update.

I found this on BlackBerry's site:

Make sure the Desktop Manger is not running. logged in as the user browse to C:\Documents and Settings\user'sprofile\Application Data\Research In motion\Blackberry in the blackberry folder you should see a file that reads something like 200dgjze0.ctg this is the PIN number. There will be one or two of these files that are the same but have different extinsions.. your blackberry adminstrator will be able to tell you the exact one. Delete the PIN number file then restart the desktop manager and go to intellisync and configure PIN... You should now be able to sync the BB...
