We have AS6.61 SP2A on a Win NT 4.0 server, a rotation runs daily Monday-Friday, an Exchange backup runs every Saturday and a Full backup runs every Sunday. On Monday, we're supposed to have 3 backup logs for Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the e-mail. However, we got only one for the Friday job. When we looked at the job status, the Friday job was still running with 85% completed. The Saturday was on HOLD status. The Sunday job was also active but didn't show the green progress bar. We tried to stop the Friday and Sunday jobs and it said the jobs were stopping but they still haven't been stopped. The job status screen has been the same for the last 9 hours. What could be causing the jobs to hang? Is there anyway that we can force them to stop and skip to next day? Please advise. Any info or suggestion is appreciated.
