Unable to start WS Server

WAS Admin service fails to start, the following is the code added to log file.

[03.07.15 14:29:00:110 GMT+05:30] 4c2f603d SystemOut U SMTL0026E: Failure to create a data source: java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=150999297)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))


Do any body has a solution for it. Tried all various combination already specified in this forum.

Unexpected WLMBootstrapException thrown while initializing WLM Bootstrap service , this the error which i get when i start the WAS admin server.

Is your JDBC started? try echo $CLASSPATH. I'm using dB2, I had to go to my db2 directory and source in the db2profile.
