unable to start windows installer

Hi everyone, i am unable to start windows installer from the services; even though it is installed; any suggestions?

does this happen when you try installing any MSI?
do you have any form of error message or event in the logs?

if its not broken, fix it anyway - with luck you might break it and have an excuse
