Unable to start w32time service

Unable to start w32time service and getting the following error: -

Description:
An unexpected error occured while trying to start the server. The port may already be in use.
Data:
0000: 00 00 00 00 ....

I have tried

however this does not resolve the problem and i am still having trouble to start the w32time service.

itsp1975, appreciate for your feedback. Me not able to open the url that you posted above.
However the problem is solved now. it appear another resource using port 123 which the same port using by w32time. we kill that process and start back w32time and its working as it should.
