I'm adding an Avaya IP500v2 control unit to a SE and I've run into a baffling issue.
When I first boot up the Ip500v2 running r11.0.4.7 and open Manager it normally prompts to change the passwords and then brings me to an Initial Configuration menu where you set what mode you'd like the control unit to start in. I'm not getting that prompt. It stays in basic and just loads the config.
When I go to File>Advanced to look for the Initial Configuration button it's not there. If I try to change modes under Advanced it won't let me change the unit I have.
I've tried different versions 11.0.4.3, 11.0.4.2 and now 11.0.4.7 the only difference I noticed was that on 11.0.4.2 I did not even get the password prompt.
Each time I try a different version I've either defaulted the CU from Manager or the reset button on the chassis.
Just tried deleting my Admin Suite and installing a fresh copy but that yielded no results.
Can this be fixed or alternatively can I just continue on without the initial configuration prompt and just change everything manually?
