Unable to start Informtion Store

We had our Exchange server die on use so we built another runing 5.5 sp4 on w2k, we have restored a backup of our IS onto our new exchange 5.5 and we are unable to start the IS service after a successfull restore. We receive the following messages, "unable to intialize MS Exchange IS service error x02" & "Unable to recover database because error 0x00000002 occured after restore" Any help would be appreciated.

The only other thing - not mentioned in this faq - that you would have to do is to make sure that you have the domain name clearly set up from the System Applet within the Control Panel -- Click the More button to setup your domain name - if you do not do this - you will be unable to set up your Internet Mail Service within your new Exchange environment.
