Unable to start HP Openview

When using ovstart -c. It tells me it's unable to connect the ovspmd. When I attempt to start that background process I get the same results..I was unable to start netmon, ovwdb as well. Anybody with any suggestions would greatly be appreciated....

menace212, you might want to try the HP:Openview Ops and NNM forum or the HP-UX forum. You might get more response, or do a keyword search to see if someone else has had the problem. the openview forum is forum20.
