unable to start apache2 after installing php5

after install php5 not able to load apache .. getting the following error message
Cannot load /usr/local/

http://www/libexec/apache2/mod_access.so

into server: Cannot open "/usr/local/

http://www/libexec/apache2/mod_access.so"

tried uninstall and reinstalled same issue
running apache2.0.5 whith php5.0.5 on freebsd 6.O
was working fine before install php
