Unable to start a crystal report in a C# program

I have a program written in C# and everytime I try to load a crystal report I get the following error:

Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms.Version=12.0.2000.0 Culture=neutral, PublicKey Toke=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system connot find the file specified
