unable to set PRI setting to Legend-Ntwk

I am networking two Magix systems via 100DCD boards. I am unable to get the Magix to take the Legend-Ntwk selection of switch type under the PRI settings. This has never happened to me before. It is a Magix 3.0.

I think that's a glytch with Magix R3.0, V4.0. Check with AVAYA Tier 3.
