Unable to send mails

Hi Experts,

Using Exchange server 2003 with SP2 in Windows server 2003 platform.

I am not able to send mails(from yahoo, gmail and etc..)to each and every users created in my Exchange server. Getting error like...

""" The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.""""

If i use this server to send mail to yahoo or some other Mail IDs, it doing well. Internal Users are also unable to send each other...
kindly give me a better sollution.

Check the SMTP address of these users. Make sure the recipient update policy is being applied.
