Unable to send mail from Outlook Express 6.0

I recently change ISP and created a new e-mail address with the new unable to send mail as I get the following error message

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Mark_Greenham', Server: 'pop3.lineone.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Does anyone know how to sort out this problem
 
Couple of things, depending on how new the Email account is, the account may not yet be activated by your ISP.
Another possibility is that your Account settings in OE may be incorrect, double check the server names for your POP and SMTP servers (although the one you posted in the error seems ok).

What this message is telling you is that OE cannot connect to the server (or account) for the address. Seeing as you can get internet access (I presume so!) and had a previous account, there is more a possibility that the account is not activated yet. Jay~
