unable to send mail because of mailbox size

how do you reenable a mailbox after the size limit has been reached and the mailbox is disabled?? I am using exchange 5.5.

That is what i thought. My coworker thought that the designations were in KB instead of MB and actually lowered the limit when he thought he was raising it. When I entered 16000 instead of 16, the email began to flow again.
