First time writing! Problem is that some of our (internal) e-mail messages are not getting through. It happens when a message is sent (or cc'd) to an Address Book Group (messages to multiple individuals are okay). Only some of our users have the problem, some all the time, some only occasionally.

Our set-up: Peer-to-peer network (Win95/98), about 50 computers, Outlook Express (version 4 or 5). Mail server is a dedicated Win 98 computer running MidPoint Gold. When a message doesn't go through we (the IT staff) can see it on the MidPoint mailbox list but the date and sender fields say "unknown".

We're trying to figure out what the problem users have in common. It's not the OS version or Internet Explorer version. One thing we noticed is that they all have MS Outlook (98) on their computers (most people here don't). They are not using Outlook for mail, only for the calendars. Another bug we noticed on these computers, which is also related to the Address Book, is that when typing in an address, the auto-completion feature works but at Send time an error message comes up that there's no e-mail address for that person.

We've tried the MS Knowledge Base and the MidPoint vendor. Any suggestions?
