Hi all

We recently changed our internet and we have dynamic IP now.
Since than, from time to time i am getting a bounced email " smtp;553 sorry, that address cannot accept mail from an unresolved IP address.

Because we have the domain on host gator, I added the dyndns address which points to the dynamic IP to the approved list, but still, i am getting this kind of email back.

What should i do?

Thanks.

Stop using a dynamic address. Most competent email administrators configure their email systems to not accept email from servers on dynamic IP addresses.

I am just using External Dynamic IP, and not internal.
If you meant on that.

Other than that, we are using the dynamic IP address, because we subscribe to DynDns in order to resolve our IPs all the time.

That doesn't matter. You're using a dynamic IP address for your public facing presence? Like I mentioned above, orgs (including every client of mine) aren't going to accept email from you.
