Crystal Reports was reinstalled & suddenly when using the ODBC(RDO) connection, I can no longer see the Oracle Views in the Database Expert. I can only see the Tables & Stored Procedures. I know it is not any kind of Database security because the views are visible with the same credentials on another workstation. I have seen this problem before but unfortunately did not record the fix.
