Hi All
Unable to see new TN’s and DN’s on CS1k Telephony Manager. I have added phantoms, 1140, 1120 and 500’s but all the new DN and TN’s do not show on Telephony Manager. I added these over a month ago but still the customer on site states they are unable to see them. I have asked them to sync but still nothing!
Any ideas?
