Unable to see new server while trying to Move user

I have a Windows Nt server with exchange 5.5. I want to be able to move the users from this server to a new Windows 2003 server with Exchange 5.5. I have installed everything on the new Windows 2003 server but when I go to my old server and try to move a user the server does not appear in the list.

I can connect to the new server from the old on. It probably has something to do with the naming. Here is what I have set up as naming. I know I am quite a newbie and this questions has certainly been answered many time. Thanks so much.

Server name: Serveur1

server name: Backup
