Unable to Scroll through Code in Modules

Recently got a laptop refresh and after transfering all my data and settings I find I am unable to scroll through Module code with my mouse scroll button. Any ideas? I've looked through all the settings in Access. My mouse works fine in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Sorry, not really a coding problem but it bugs me.
