I have Crystal Enterprise 10 installed on Win 2003 server. We are running Crystal directly against Oracle 9i, using Oracle in Ora Home92 driver.
We have developed a few hundred reports using Business Views. We have no problem running reports via Enterprise, but due to increase in size of data we would like to schedule reports to run out of hours. The problem is that when we attempt to schedule the report the following error is generated. Server Used: reportjobserver Error Message: The table could not be found. File D:\Program Files\Crystal Enterprise 10\Enterprise 10\Data\proSched\dashboards.reportjobserver\~tmp660486e69a0c10.rpt
The scheduled job fails.
All the relevant servers are up and running. We recently applied service pack 5 in an attempt to get scheduling working, but the problem remains.
When the schedule option is selected for a report the data logon option is not available. As the report was written using a business view, the database login details are held in the data foundation in which the business view based on, so I wouldn't expect this to be the problem. We have checked all permissions and can't spot anything at all. I have proved that scheduling is working, as I can schedule the audit reports which are stored on a SQL db. I have been searching the web for the past few days trying to find some answers, but no joy. If anyone can shed some light it would be very much appreciated. Regards John
