Unable to schedule report -Unable to connect: incorrect log on pa

I have read several threads from people with the same issue. I am able to run my report that is linked to an access database directly from Crystal XI but when I try to run it from the scheduler (BOE)it fails. I have no passwords set up for the database. I have tried to use the domain logon but it still fails.

Try running the report in Crystal on the BOE server while logged in under the domain account used to run either the SIA service or the Crystal Job Server service, depending on which version of BOE you have.

That will usually bring the problem to the surface - for instance, the DSN on the server might be named differently from the DSN on your workstation.
