Unable to Save reports on Info APS

Hi,
I am unable to save reports on the Info APS. I can schedule reports, design, and modify reports but when I hit on the save button, the button doesn't get greyed indicating that the report was saved. When I try to close the report a message gets displayed asking me 'do you want to save the report'. If I select yes, the message gets displayed once again instead of saving the report. If I select no, the changes are discarded.
Also, I used 'Save As' to save the report under a different name. It gets saved. But once I try to open the newly saved report I get an 'Invalid TLV Record' error message.

I am running Seagate Info 7 and the size of the Cinfo database is more than 45MB after compression.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Can you save any files on that machine? Open up a word document and save it.. Just wondering if it's a rights issue? Don't think this is it...
