Unable to save changes tp records in CRM 3.0

Hi There

The issue that we are having is that when you make changes to a record and save them it doesn't save the changes, - it does not give you an error either.

This has been happening to many accounts. You seem to have to create a new record under the More Addresses tab, save it and then go onto the main information tab and the address may appear after one or two attemps, then you can make any changes required and save the record OK, but if you go into the More Addresses tab, the new record that you created is not there! This surely isnt right and I can't find a solution to this on the internet.

Is this a know problem and is there a know fix for this?

On previous occasions I have created a new record and used the merge records to overcome it - which still isnt ideal.

Hello Peter,

Not being able to save records is a major issue. Can you take a look at your CRM web server event logs to see if any errors are being logged there
