Unable to run smsls script

Situaton:

Site Server configured on Domain A
Client machine is on Domain B
User account is from Domain C

Logon points are configured on all three domains.

However, smsls script does not run when logging on any Domain B machines with a Domain C user account.

Any ideas why this happens, or if possible?
