unable to run programs from shared drive

we r currently running winntver4 servpack 6 8 workstations using win98se. on one of the workstations I'm unable to start programs that are on the shared drive. its the only station that i have the problem with. and the network settings are the same.
any help would be greatly appreaciated if u need more info let me know

Is this particular station giving you any specific error messages. Also, have you taken a look at the Application log on the NT machine? Bill

no and yes I'm not getting any error messages. and there is nothing in the event viewer. the program(telemagic ver4.5.6) will load sometimes but it takes like ten minutes.
I know its not a ram thing because one of the other workstations is identical in every way. It is the furhterest away from the router. but thats only 20 feet max.
