i have a overland LoaderXpress lxl1u11 with backup exec 10.d, im using veritas drivers, and the scsi ports are setup according to both veritas's guides, and overland's tech support. anytime i try to run a job using the robotic library i get the message "insert overqritable media using the import command" iv dont the export/import already but after i import nothing seems to happen, and when i try to inventory my robotic library it goes it offline mode in the device tab.
should the robotic library do something after i do the import and insert the tape?
Also why would my robotic library go into offline mode when i try and inventory the slots?
