Unable to run dbfix

Hi,

I am running Arcserve version R11.5 SP1 (build 4144) getting database errors daily (The database is no longer available), Unable to login to database), database stopping daily causing failures. When trying to run any syntax - dbcheck or dbfix, get the following error - failed to log into server 'casdb' , username 'admin': error -2005


Any help will be appreciated.
