I added an entry into the BootExecute registry key value writing on shell command:
chkdsk c: /f /r
and the folowing entry has been added into the BootExecute value:
autocheck autochk /r \??\c:
The problem is this one: when i bootstrap the machine instead of starting the chkdsk i receive the following output message/error;
"Cannot open volume for direct access".
What can i do to solve this problem??
Thanks in advance for your help??
bye.
