Unable to run app due to library share

Hi,

I am trying to install a new application on our AIX 5.1 box. It is an Oracle 9i application and I am unsure if the problem is Oracle or IAX (or more likely, user-error!).

Please review the following which includes the error and other information.

Any help would be gratefully received!
