unable to route from mgt port

after clustering a pair of ISG 1000 we can't get to an individual device as we can't get the mgt port to route. we have a seperate trust interface and see that the mgt port is in the trust vr. the untrust has routing to both interfaces.

If i try an ping an external ip from the trust interface IP I get a response but from the mgt interface I get nothing.

Any ideas

Hi,

i think this is normaly. The Mgmt port is a 100 Mbit single port and can not be reach of routing form other zones. You can configure an IP on it to work with NSM or web only.


On our ISG 2000 its the same. Mgmt-Zone (predefined
) is member in Trust-vr too.
