Unable to retrieve objects: Automation server can't create object

In Crystal Reports XI in the Repository Explore when I right click and select Manage Objects and Preview I receive an "Unable to retrieve objects: Automation server can't create object" error message. It was working correctly yesterday. To my knowledge nothing has changed over night. I am not getting this message when I run my reports in CMC or InfoView. Has anyone seen this?

I am getting this on a server on which I have applied the boe xi r2 chf 15...I have not figured anything out on it. Please let me know if you did figure something out.
