Unable to retrieve object error

Help! I know we've added the report into the APS. We doublechecked the parameters and the database logon information. However, when we try to run the report (run now through the Mangement Console) we're getting the following:


Status: Failed

Printer: The instance is not printed.

External Destination: None

Start Time: 8/18/2003 11:09:53 AM

End Time: 8/18/2003 11:09:54 AM

Server Used: BPRTLWS07.report

Error Message: Information is needed before this report can be processed.


What information are they talking about??? I've put everything in there that I could think it needs (it only has one parameter) and I don't know what info the CMC thinks it needs???????

This is a very generic error. and what you checked are the usual suspects.

What connectivity are you using?

Things to watch out for:

Incorrect database login

Forgetting to hit Update after setting the parameter
