Unable to retrieve Object. ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

I get the message:

"Unable to retrieve Object.
ClassFactory cannot supply requested class "

when I schedule a report. I can view this ok through Crystal reports but when I schedule it, it seems to run successfully but when I go to view it I get this error.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
Thnx for any advice.
