Hi
We have 6 BCM 400, 4 running 3.7 software and 2 on 4.0 software. The BCM are all network together with H323 trunks. We replace 2 of the BCM400-3.7 with BCM 6.0. We are having issue when a user on the 450 call a user on the 3.7 and a call is place on hold and try to go back to that call we are unable to retrieve that call unless we hang up and call again.
This problem only happens when 450 call the 3.7 or the 4.0 and the call is put on hold.
Any help will be great.
