Dear All,
I'm trying to restore a an Exchange database to RSG. This is a an Exchange 2007 RU6 SP3 in sitting on a cluster. We've configured CCR.
Now, I'm trying to restore a database using RSG. I've configured the RSG (it sits on a clustered drive) and marked the DB to be overwritten by restore.
I run all the tests recommended by MS (to confirm RSG and the DB is ready for restore). All looks good.
Now, the problem is the BE restore fails every time with the following error message:
"Final error: 0xe000ff00 - Unable to restore some Microsoft Exchange components because one or more of the databases are currently mounted, or because the recovery storage group or recovery database is not properly configured. Use the Exchange System Manager or Exchange Management Console to check the configuration of the recovery storage group or recovery database and the mount status of the databases.
Final error category: Resource Errors"
I configured the restore to be redirected to RSG. The DB is definitely dismounted.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Many thanks in advance.
Regards.
Michael.
