Unable to restore Personal directory

Hi

I have upgraded Rls 5.0 to Rls 7.5. Before upgrade i have taken backup of the personal directory. After upgradation, i am trying to resotre it but it could not succed.

Please let me know the procedure for PD restore.

I found this older tip for release 6 below.

During an upgrade from 4.50 to 6.00 it wasn't possible to restore the PD backed up from the 4.50 ISP1100 Sig Server to the new 6.00 CPPM Sig Server.

In CS 1000 Release 6.0, the default transfer method is SFTP. If a backup was done in an earlier release than CS 1000 Release 6.0 to FTP server, then SFTP must be supported to do the restore. Otherwise, SFTP connect fails and PD restore will not be completed.
