unable to resolve application setname

Hi Guys,

I am bit new to this whole thin client technology, so if this is a silly question please bear with me.

I have a site with one user is getting the following when they are trying to connect to the Terminal Server.

Unable to resolve application setname

I have deleted and recreate the citrix connection with the same problem. This connection is not trying to run any published applications on startup, its just a basic terminal session desktop.

When I have crested a new shortcut I get the error

No applications avaiable for the supplied credentials in the current application set.

Ideas anyone??

It looks like the user is not set up to access the Citrix Server - check that the group membership is correct.
