unable to renumber extensions

I'm trying to renumber a legend 6.0 from 2 digits to 3 and it s not letting me address i get a beep. Like it doesnt like my entry.
Current ext 10-65
Want to change ro 100-155
Menu-sys programming -sysfrom renum- range-

you need to use set up space ,which will then start your number at 7100, then you renumber to the 100's
right now your are in 2 digits
