unable to remove printer

I am having a hard time deleting a printer from my terminal servers. I have Microsoft Terminal Server NT 4.0 and Citrix Metaframe 1.8. The message I am receiving is "Unable to remove printer. Printer connection cannot be removed. The printer name is invalid." Does anyone know what that is? Thanks.

Try stopping and starting the print spooler. That may help.
