Unable to remove computer from OU

I added to an OU a computer which has subsequently changed name. I can still see the old computer name in the OU and if I try to delete it I receive a message informing me that 'Windows cannot delete object pc1001 because: Directory object not found' Where pc1001 is the old name of the computer.

Any help appreciated

Just do a refresh.. or "F5".
