Unable to release Transferred calls

I should know this but the mind has gone blank.

Systems 3300 and SX2000 (via DPNSS)


Telephones are unable to release a call that they transfer until the phone is answered.

I know it's a class of service problem, but the setting just isn't coming to me !!

Look at the Answer Supervision settings for the intermachine trunks
