Unable to release lock on Package

Hi all, when I try to access one of my packages I get ORA 04021 Timeout error - I am just executing SELECT statments in that package - there are no locks on those tables and I have killed all the sessions accessing it, but I am not able to release the lock. Is there anything else that I have to look into ?

It is working now - guess it took a while for the changes to take effect (though I killed the sessions via the OS).
