unable to reinstall TCP/IP and DHCP will not start, getting error 1053

Unable to do both of these, first TCP/IP , I was uninstalling to reinstall, then my foot hit power button by accident, now getting message that the component is unable to install , says that its used as a service name or a service display name. no idea what that is.
Also DHCP will not start, tried removing it and reinstalling it, won't sart,

any helpers.
